PURPOSE: A screen device is provided to select particle sizes by a screen mat and then suppress the adherence of iron making raw materials to an adherence prevention unit. CONSTITUTION: A screen device (300) comprises a screen frame (310), a screen mat (320), a coupling unit (330) and a raw material adherence prevention unit (340). The screen mat has a screen hole for the passing of iron making raw materials which have particles below a predetermined size. The screen mat is supported by the screen frame so that the screen hole can be positioned in the opening. The coupling unit couples the screen frame and the screen mat and is exposed on the screen mat. The raw material adherence prevention unit covers the coupling unit exposed on the screen mat and is protruding on the screen mat.
