PURPOSE: A peanut hull element possession environment-friendly packing container manufacturing method is provided to be harmless in a human body, to be biodegradable in disposing a container, to minimize a contamination ejected in burning, and to be environment-friendly. CONSTITUTION: A peanut hull element possession environment-friendly packing container manufacturing method comprises the following steps: a step aims to wash a peanut hull; a step aims to pulverize after drying the washed peanut hull; a step aims to process the pulverized peanut hull particle to a jelly state by heating in a pressure vessel; a step aims to bleach the peanut hull particle of the jelly state; a step aims to mix seaweeds or a starch of a melting state which is a natural glue in the peanut hull particle of the bleached jelly state; a step aims to dry after manufacturing the peanut hull material in which an adhesive is mixed to a stencil paper on a flat board; a step aims to roll the dried stencil paper; a step aims to coat a waterproof layer in the rolled stencil surface; and a step aims to manufacture a disposable packing container by processing the stencil surface in which the waterproof layer is coated.
