PURPOSE: A printed circuit board having a heat radiation structure and a light emitting diode (LED) lighting apparatus including the same are provided to improve heat radiation performance by being integrally comprised. CONSTITUTION: An LED is mounted on the front side of a circuit part. The circuit part forms a circuit wire (222). A plurality of radiation pin parts (230) is protruded rearward of the circuit part. The plurality of radiation pin parts bends a substrate body. The plurality of radiation pin parts is welded to opposing radiation pin parts.
