PURPOSE: A Bacillus polyfermenticus I2000 with an ability of decomposing proteins is provided to enhance a thrombolytic activity and to be used in a health food or detergent. CONSTITUTION: A Bacillus polyfermenticus I2000(KCTC 11919BP) has an ability of decomposing proteins. A microorganism formulation for decomposing proteins contains the strain or a culture medium thereof as an active ingredient. A method for preparing the microorganism formulation comprises a step of culturing the strain. A probiotic composition contains the strain or a culture medium thereof as an active ingredient. A thrombolytic composition contains the strain or a culture medium thereof as an active ingredient. A detergent composition contains the strain or a culture medium thereof as an active ingredient.
