PURPOSE: A copying paper combined with a memo pad is provided to enable the front side of the copying paper to be used as a copying paper and the back side to be used as a notepad or a flier, thereby giving an economical benefit to a user as well as to an advertiser. CONSTITUTION: A copying paper combined with a memo pad comprises a piece of paper (10) whose front side and back side are capable of being used as a copying paper and a memo pad respectively. The front side (11) includes a plane area for copying and printing, and a partial area (=a partial area;13) for advertising a product and a service of an advertiser. The back side (12) includes a memo pad with an empty area (=memo area;14) for memos and scribbles. The advertising area is formed on the upper part of the back side; the memo pad covers the middle portion; and the personal information recording portion (15) is on the lower part of the back side.
