<p>Multi-functional device for metal surface treatment, for products especially intended for automobile, machinery a electronic industry, contains an incoming section (1) for hanging of products or filling of drums with products intended for phosphatizing; a lifting holder (2) is installed next to the incoming section, behind it follows a four-positions storage holder (4) and a three-positions storage holder (5), behind the holders is a bath (6) for grease removal and for cleaning from conservation, a bath (7) for grease removal and a bath (8) for grease and phosphates removal, then the first bath (9) for cold wash, the first bath (10) for pickling, the second bath (11) for pickling and behind the second bath (12) for cold wash is arranged a neutralization bath (13), behind that is arranged a transport bath (14) for transport of products into a bath (16) for activation, then follows a bath (17) for zinc phosphate and a bath (18) activation, then a bath (19) for manganese phosphate and a bath (20) for calcium phosphate, then a bath (23) for passivation and a bath (24) for warm wash, then is arranged a bath (15) for passivation after pickling, behind that follows the first bath dryer (25) and the second bath dryer (26), then follows a lifting holder (28), then is arranged the first conservation bath (29) and the second conservation bath (30), then follows a drip bath (31), the first dryer (32) and the second dryer (33), behind the second dryer is arranged a storage holder (34), then there is a steady holder (35) and a lifting holder (36) behind that is arranged a mechanical spout (37).</p> |
