PURPOSE: A noise elimination filter and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to be able to improve the product performance and the product reliability by improving the impedance property of the noise elimination filter. CONSTITUTION: A noise elimination filter (100) comprises a lower magnetic material (110), an insulating layer (120) and an upper magnetic material (130). The insulating layer is installed on the top of the lower magnetic material and includes a conductive pattern. The upper magnetic material includes a first ferrite composite and a second ferrite composite. The first ferrite composite is equipped on the top of the insulating layer. The second ferrite composite is equipped on the top of the first ferrite composite and covers pores formed on the surface of the first ferrite composite.
