PURPOSE: A lid opening and closing angle controlling structure of a food storage container is provided to enable an angle controlling groove to provide fixing state of various angles when a lid is open, as being fixed under the state that an opening and closing part is open. CONSTITUTION: An angle controlling groove (4) is formed in the lower part of a protruded frame of a container main body (10). A slope hump and an inclined surface are separated in both sides of a folded line (23) of a lid (20). A rotation guide part (28) forms an angle controlling protrusion in one side of the inclined surface. The rotation guide part controls an opening and closing part (21) to have various angles. The angle controlling groove has the lower part be round, in order to form a first groove, a second groove, a third groove and a fourth groove with 30 degree interval. The rotation guide part rotates in the inside of the guide groove. The lid is combined to a lid combing hump of a fixing part (22). A lid fixing hump is formed in the lid frame of the lower part of the opening and closing part.
