PURPOSE: A structure for preventing a pole spring tube in hood latch from being moved is provided to prevent the internal components of a latch from being exposed due to the movement of a pole spring when opening and closing the hood by preventing the movement of the pole spring tube in a rotational direction. CONSTITUTION: A structure (100) for preventing a pole spring tube in hood latch from being moved comprises a pole spring (104) and a pole spring tube (102). The pole spring comprises a loop (103) in the tip end and elastically supports a hood latch switch. The pole spring tube comprises a spring accepting hole (105), a loop accepting groove (108), and a plurality of wings (107). The spring accepting hole accepts the pole spring. The loop accepting groove accepts the loop of the pole spring and fixes the loop.
