PURPOSE: A conversion device from thermal energy to electrical energy using magnetized particle flow and a method thereof are provided to equip a system with a transmission device between heat transfer devices instead of a conventional pump, thereby improving the thermal efficiency of the whole system. CONSTITUTION: A working fluid passes along a nozzle member (22). The nozzle member has a middle portion. The middle portion has a smaller external diameter than that of the inlet and the outlet.
