PURPOSE: Coil parts and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to combine a first coil unit and a second coil unit using a ferrite composite, thereby improving compatibility between patterns. CONSTITUTION: A first coil unit (110) includes a first coil pattern and a first insulating layer. The first coil pattern is positioned on a first magnetic substrate. A second coil unit (120) includes a second coil pattern and a second insulating layer. The second coil pattern is positioned on a second magnetic substrate. A ferrite composite (130) has spacer balls inside.
