MANUFACTURING MOLD AND METHOD FOR PULLEY

PURPOSE: A pulley manufacturing mold and the manufacturing method thereof are provided to increase the coupling with a bearing by lightening the weight of pulley with the molding of the outer ring of pulley with magnesium alloy and by minimizing the gap of thermal expansion coefficients with a bearing while making the inner ring of pulley which is coupled with a bearing with iron. CONSTITUTION: A pulley manufacturing mold comprises a lower mold, an upper mold (800) and a slider. In the lower part of the mold, a core which the inner ring of a hollow form is inserted in and connected to is protruded downwards. The slider slides and a molten metal groove is formed by the lower part of the mold and the slider. When the upper part of the mold descends, the upper part of the molten groove is closed and the inner ring which is coupled with the core is separately located with the lower part of the mold and the slider inside the molten groove.
