PURPOSE: An electrostatic discharge circuit is provided to form diodes bilaterally among multiple inner circuits which use power supply voltage and ground voltage which are different from each other, thereby effectively discharging static electricity. CONSTITUTION: A first power supply voltage which is applied through a first power supply pad is transmitted through a first power supply voltage line. A second ground voltage which is applied through a first ground pad is transmitted through a second ground voltage line. Electrostatic discharge units (140,150) are comprised between the first power supply voltage line and a first ground voltage line and between a second power supply voltage line and the first ground voltage line. A first inverter (160) is composed to form a first diode (DD1) from the second ground voltage line toward the first ground voltage line. A second inverter (170) is composed to form a second diode (DD2) from the first ground voltage line toward the second ground voltage line. |
