PURPOSE: A bar-shaped rice cake is provided to prevent each bar-shaped rice cake from being attached and prevent the growth of microorganism in water where the bar-shaped rice cake is cooled. CONSTITUTION: A bar-typed rice cake storing bath (110) comprises water and the cake is cooled in the bath. A cooling part (140) is cooled in the bath containing water which is at a temperature of 3-15°C. A pumping part (150) pumps water in the bath and the water is circulated between the bath and the cooling part. A sensor part (120) detects the temperature of the bath. a controlling part cools the temperature of the water constant and controls the operation of the pumping part and the cooling part. a filtering part (130) filters polluted substances and microorganism in water between the bath and the cooling part.
