摘要 <p>PURPOSE: A flux and a method for refining molten steel under high oxygen conditions are provided to improve the yield of Mn alloy steel and stably maintain a proper concentration of oxygen by putting in flux to maintain a high content of MnO in slag. CONSTITUTION: A flux is mainly composed of 20wt.% or more of MnO, CaO, and SiO2. The basicity(CaO/SiO2) of the flux is 0.5-4. The flux comprises slag produced in the manufacture of FeMn alloy steel. A method for refining molten steel for high oxygen comprises tapping molten steel refined in a converter into a ladle, wherein the flux is put into the molten steel.</p>
