PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a cosmetic composition is provided to obtain a makeup cosmetic material with formulation stability and silky texture by liquid fluidized deposition based on a volatile mixture solvent. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a cosmetic composition using a volatile mixture solvent comprises the steps of: forming a powder mixture containing a makeup powder (101); dispersing the powder mixture to the volatile mixture solvent and forming a slurry phase (102); and removing the volatile mixture solvent from the slurry phase (103). The volatile mixture solvent contains 99.9-95.0 wt% of a first solvent and 0.1-5.0 wt% of a second solvent.
