PURPOSE: A light distribution inspecting device and a light distribution inspecting method are provided to read illuminance values of each illuminance sensor when lighting a lighting unit of a lamp simultaneously, thereby enabling to measure one function in a short time. CONSTITUTION: A light distribution inspecting device comprises a screen (100). The screen includes a plurality of illuminance sensors (110). The each illuminance sensors are installed at positions determined in the statutes. The statutes are vehicular lamp statues of Europe, North America, and Korea. The light distribution inspection device includes a lighting unit installation stand and a beam blocking unit. The lighting unit is installed on the lighting unit installation stand. The beam blocking unit is arranged between the lighting unit installation stand and the screen and includes an opening.
