PURPOSE: A splint for orthopedics is provided to have excellent elongation along longtidinal direction and lateral direction by using elastic fabric woven by using a double raschel warp knitting as a middle layer material. CONSTITUTION: A splint for orthopedics comprises a middle layer material(3), and an upper and lower surface layer(1,2). In the middle layer material, a water-curable resin is coated on elastic fabric. The elastic fabric woven by using a double raschel warp knitting. The upper and lower surface layer is formed on the top and the bottom of the middle layer material. The upper and lower surface layer is formed by a shielding film of a non-woven fabric and water-curable resin having elasticity along longitudinal direction and lateral direction. The shielding film of the water-curable resin is formed between the non-woven fabric and the middle layer material. |
