PURPOSE: A biodegradable yarn manufacturing apparatus is provided to improve the quality while regularly maintaining the denier of each section of yarn by uniformly progressing the hardening of outside and inside of the yarn regardless of the neighbor temperature as the biodegradable yarn spun through a nozzle body passes through a hot water bath and is gradually cooled down at a preset temperature range. CONSTITUTION: A biodegradable yarn manufacturing apparatus comprises an extrusion part (10) which is equipped with a nozzle body (12) on one end so as to melting-spin a biodegradable resin; a hot water bath (20) which is located under the nozzle body to store hot water, and equipped with multiple guide members (22) guiding spun yarns into the water; and an stretching part (30) which is equipped on one side of the hot water bath with multiple stretching rollers (32) so as to stretch yarns.
