PURPOSE: A pseudo alarm device is provided to have a siren horn of an alarm device in order to induce a loss of a trespassing will about a surveillance zone by automatically sounding the siren horn with a pseudo alarm in concealment section when a third party trespasses on the surveillance zone. CONSTITUTION: A pseudo alarm device which has a siren horn includes a CCD camera unit (CCDE) which performs a fixed circular movement like a movement of a real CCDE with an access sensor without photographing and recording functions when a trespass happens, a pseudo alarm unit (10) which sounds a pseudo alarm by being connected with the CCDE, and a siren unit (50) which sounds a siren horn when a trespass happens by being connected with the control unit (16) of the pseudo alarm unit.
