PURPOSE: A photosensitive resin composition is provided to reduce emitting gas of binder resin without degrading the re-solubility and a processing property. CONSTITUTION: A photosensitive resin composition comprises binder resin including benzyl methacrylate; polymerizable compound including unsaturated ethylenic bonds, photo initiator, blue pigment and a solvent. The content of benzyl methacrylate within the binder resin is excess of 0 and 13 mole% or less. An organic light-emitting device comprises a color filter manufactured with the photosensitive materials including the photosensitive resin composition, and any one selected from a group consisting of a black matrix, an overcoat layer, a column spacer, and a printed circuit board.
