<p>PURPOSE: A noncombustible filling insulating material composition with the insulating function and the fireproof function in which the toxic gas is not generated and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to easily work using a method filling in a place which the insulation is required and to prevent the toxic gas from generating. CONSTITUTION: A noncombustible filling insulating material composition comprises 50-70 wt% of an inorganic binder, 5-10 wt% of silica aerogel, 2-5 wt% of silica based inorganic fiber, 20-30 wt% of an inorganic hole body, and 3-5 wt% of a foaming agent. The inorganic binder includes 50-80 wt% of liquid sodium silicate, 5-10 wt% of hydrochloric acid aqueous solution, 5-15 wt% of citric acid aqueous solution, 5-15 wt% of phosphate transport aluminum aqueous solution, and 5-10 wt% of zinc chloride aqueous solution.</p> |
