摘要 PURPOSE: A nanopowder manufacturing device by the wire explosion is provided to manufacture uniform sized nanopower by generating collision between particles. CONSTITUTION: A nanopowder manufacturing device by a wire explosion comprises chamber(10), a first wire explosion unit(20), a second wire explosion unit(30), and control unit(40). The first wire explosion unit comprises a first high-voltage electrode(22) which is included within the chamber, a first switch(24) which is connected to the first high voltage electrode, a first capacitor(26) which is connected to the first switch, a first charging apparatus(28) which charges the first capacitor to high voltage. The second wire explosion unit comprises a second high-voltage electrode(32) which is included in the chamber in order to face against the first high voltage electrode, a second switch(34) which is connected to the second high voltage electrode, a second capacitor(36) which is connected to the second switch, a second charging apparatus(38) which charges the second capacitor to high voltage.
