PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a nanowire is provided to reduce additives from nanowire by using a flow device including a filter but using an organic solvent in a refining step. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a nanowire comprises the following steps. A solvent is heated up. A catalyst is added in the solvent. A metal compound is added in the solvent and a reacting solution is formed. And the reacting solution is refined. The reacting solution refining step comprises the following steps. The reacting solution is injected in a flow device (10). The reacting solution is passed through a filter which is positioned inside the flow device. A nano particle and a metal nano wire are separated in the reacting solution. A material of the flow device comprises a ceramics. A pore size of the filter is 5-100 μm.
