PURPOSE: A raw material treatment apparatus is provided to prevent the fixation of dusts such as a raw material which fell in the lower part of a sorting screen; and enable the easy exchange of the dust fixed surface or easy installation of the new surface. CONSTITUTION: A raw material treatment apparatus comprises multiple frames(160) which is supplied to the lower part of screen equipment(120) which classifies the raw material(P) with the particle sizes; and a raw material support part(170) which is supplied to replace according to the accumulation of the fallen raw material and which is supplied in between adjacent frames with the intermediation of the bond maintaining part(180) at the upper part of a frame. A frame has an open groove part formed at the upper part and is supplied being extended following the progress direction of the screen equipment. The bond maintaining part comprises a bond part which is combined being inserted in the open groove part; and an action part which is formed the raw material support part to be inserted as it is open toward both side in the upper side of the bond part. The raw material support part includes a board member which is supplied in between frames; and multiple reinforcing members which is supplied with a constant interval in the lower part of the board member. The raw material treatment apparatus also includes a side bond maintaining part (190) which is combined to the frame positioned on both sides among frames. Th raw material treatment apparatus additionally includes a striking means which is supplied to hit the upper part of the raw material support part. The striking treatment apparatus comprises a striking bar that vibrates with a side bound to one side of the lower part of the frame or the equipment while the other side being extended to the upper part of the raw material support part; and a weight member which hits the raw material support part by vibration as the supports are supplied to the striking bar. |
