PURPOSE: A mobile serial communication device and an electronic device are provided to connect to an earphone jack in a portable terminal, thereby performing data communication with the electronic device with a serial communication port. CONSTITUTION: A conversion unit(100) converts serial communication data to an analog audio signal by connection of a serial socket(101) and provides the analog audio signal to an earphone plug. A cable(103) is connected between the conversion unit and the earphone plug. The conversion unit includes a processor encoding the serial communication data and a codec generating the analog audio signal by converting and replaying the encoded data as a digital audio signal. |
