PURPOSE: A device and a method to manufacture a mold for injecting a rib are provided to simplify a work and to improve the productivity by processing a rib molding groove of the mold corresponding to the dimension with a cutting tool corresponded to the specific dimension. CONSTITUTION: A method to manufacture a mold for injecting a rib comprises the following steps: a step of processing a cutting blade (521) with respect to a processed product by linearly transferring a table (100) in which the processed product (10) is fixed to face a cutting tool (520) while the cutting tool vertically transfers; a step of repeating the process in which the cutting blade is cut with respect to the processed product and reaching the final dimension; and step of slotting the cutting blade in a range of 0.02-0.03mm on the surface of the processed product when firstly slotting the cutting blade.
