PURPOSE: A fan coil unit capable of easily being assembled is provided to prevent the degradation of air conditioning performance caused by an unstable external air flow as the external air flow is easily guided when the sucked external air is discharged via a discharging hole after heat exchange. CONSTITUTION: A fan coil unit capable of easily being assembled comprises a housing unit (100), a drain plate (200), a heat exchanger (400), and a blowing fan unit. The housing unit made of a shock absorbing material includes a guide unit guiding a fluid downwardly on the periphery of an inner wall. The drain plate temporarily stores the guided fluid made of a shock absorbing material and includes an intake grill (610). The heat exchanger exchanges the heat of external air flowing from the intake grill. A water inlet and a water outlet are connected to the heat exchanger and installed on the lateral side of the housing unit. A sub-water receiver is installed on the lateral side of the housing unit. The sub-water receives temporarily stores the water which is generated and dropped from the water inlet and the water outlet and discharges the same to outside.
