PURPOSE: A steel pallet is provided to be manufactured and disseminated with low cost, as improving durability without deformation of the pallet due to the heavy stack. CONSTITUTION: A reinforcing member (4) is compressed to be installed in the inside of both ends of a lower member (2), and thus deformation of the lower member due to the pressure applied from an upper member (3) is prevented. When the reinforcing member is combined to the lower member, a band combining space is formed on an upper surface (4a) of the reinforcing member. An inclined surface (6) is formed on the reinforcing member located in the lower member. When the reinforcing member is combined to the lower member, a band combining hole is formed on the upper surface of the reinforcing member, and an inclined surface is formed on the reinforcing member located in the lower member. A curved induction guide part, which is combined to the band combining hole, is formed in the inclined surface. The reinforcing member is the timber or synthetic resin.
