PURPOSE: A panel support member and a display device using the same are provided to reduce faults in which the panel support member is detached during an assembly and transfer of the display device. CONSTITUTION: A frame mounting part (121) is settled in a guide frame (140) of a display device. A vertical part (123) is perpendicularly formed in the frame mounting part so that the vertical part has a predetermined height. A panel mounting part (125) is formed in the vertical part so that the panel mounting part is faced toward the frame mounting part. The panel mounting part supports a rear edge of a display panel of the display device.
