PURPOSE: A semiconductor device is provided to selectively use a specific chip through via as a signal line or voltage line for performing an optimized operation according to an operation mode. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of first chip through vias (110) perpendicularly passes through a semiconductor chip to be interfaced with a scheduled signal. A plurality of second chip through vias (120) is arranged to alternate with the plurality of first chip through vias, and interfaces a scheduled signal or a scheduled voltage. A plurality of multiplexer units (130) is provided at an active region of the semiconductor chip to provide the scheduled signal or the scheduled voltage to the plurality of second chip through vias according to an operation mode signal.
