PURPOSE: Health supplementary food using ginseng seed oil as a main ingredient is provided to mix the ginseng seed oil with various kinds of vegetable oil. CONSTITUTION: Health supplementary food contains 1-99wt% of ginseng seed oil and 1-99wt% of vegetable oil. The vegetable oil is selected from the group consisting of hemp seed oil, aloe oil, herb oil, wheat germ oil, evening primrose seed oil, and their mixture. The health supplementary food is produced into capsules, granules, beverage, or tea. The ginseng seed oil is extracted by using monovalent-tetravalent alcohol or its mixed solvent. |
