PURPOSE: Non-flammable spern varn including rayon single fiber and carbon fiber is provided to be fire retardant, provide little heat, have less than 10% of combustion rate so that the spread rate of fire is slow and poisonous gas is less produced for reducing mortality rates. CONSTITUTION: Non-flammable spern varn comprises 1-5 denier which is non-flammable during spinning process, 5-95 parts by weight of 22-51mm of rayon fiber, 1-7 denier, 5-95 parts by weight of 38-76mm of carbon fiber. For 100 parts by weight of non-flamable spern varn, a group is included from 10-70 parts by weight of mixture of 22-76mm of para shor aramid fiber, Teflon monofilament and silica monofilament. The caron fiber is dipped in 3-10 volume % of phosphate flame retardant aqueous solution made of carbon fiber precursor for making the same non-flammable. The non-flammable fiber is heated to 400°C with 140-160°C speed/time and finally carried out in carbon process and graphitizing process.
