PURPOSE: A pillow with movable insert is provided to manufacture with a low expense and a simple process, and to provide a convenience to users especially when being used for a treatment. CONSTITUTION: A pillow comprises: an encasement; more than one insert (4), and a measurement indicia (16). The measurement indicia comprise a grid imprinted in the pillow. The encasement is formed by memory foam, and the insert is formed by the memory foam with a felt covering.
