PURPOSE: A transmission device for a four-wheel-drive vehicle is provided to reduce production costs by integrating a main transmission, a sub transmission, and a synchronizer with a smaller number of parts; increase mileage by making the entire device lighter; and prevent oil leakage taking place at commissure of the main and sub transmissions. CONSTITUTION: A transmission device for a four-wheel-drive vehicle includes a main transmission (90), a differential (91), a drive shaft (98), a ring gear shaft (92), a pinion gear shaft (93), a clutch pack (94), a hydraulic piston (95), a actuator (96), and a cover (97). The transmission device for a four-wheel-drive vehicle has an integrated case to house the main transmission (90) as well as the parts serving for a sub transmission function. The differential and the ring gear shaft are directly welded to or are spline-engaged with a drive shaft. The ring gear shaft, the pinion gear shaft, the clutch pack, the hydraulic piston, and the actuator serve as a sub transmission. The clutch pack, the hydraulic piston, and the actuator serve as a synchronizer.
