PURPOSE: A device for simulating shift actuator load for a commercial vehicle using ball plungers is provided to simulate load properties applied to the shift actuator as a reaction force when being mounted on an actual commercial vehicle, thereby testing the load properties. CONSTITUTION: A device for simulating shift actuator load for a commercial vehicle using ball plungers includes a frame (100), a slider (200), a front housing unit (400), a rear housing unit (401), and a plurality of ball plungers. The slider is installed on the frame to be slid and includes a curved unit (210) on the outer periphery. The front and rear housing units are installed on both end portions of the slider respectively. The ball plungers are installed on the front and rear housing units respectively, and the front ends of the ball plungers adhere to the curved unit.
