PURPOSE: A combustion device of a stirling engine including a warm water generating unit is provided to utmost maximize a use of a heat included in a combustion gas and a combustion heat generated in a heating burner of a stirling engine by obtaining a warm water of a high temperature by heating a water by using a heat transmitted to a combustion device and emitted. CONSTITUTION: A combustion device of a stirling engine including a warm water generating unit comprises a body (110), a heating burner, a combustion gas emission part (130), a mixed gas feeding unit, and a warm water heating unit. The body is positioned at an upper part of a header of a stirling engine, and a cavity separated from a header at a prescribed distance is formed in a center. The heating burner is positioned in a lower part of the body, and burns by being provided with a mixed gas of a gas / air. The combustion gas emission part is formed in an upper center of the body, and a combustion gas of the heating burner is ejected. The mixed gas feeding unit is positioned at a rear side of the heating burner, and provided with a mixed gas from an external mixed gas supply pipe (141), and supplies to the heating burner. The warm water heating unit is positioned in a top surface of the body, and heat-exchanges with the body by being provided with inflowing water.
