PURPOSE: A bulking agent with water swellable polymer is provided to perform water balancing for a composting of an organic waste with small amount by comprising a nature by-product, a water swellable polymer compound, and a modulation mineral. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a bulking agent with water swellable polymer comprises the following steps: 90.0 weight% of a nature by-product, and 9.0 weight% of a water swellable polymer compound and 1.0 weight% of a modulation mineral are mixed at a room temperature; the bulking agent is used in composting and fertilizing process of the organic waste; the nature by-product comprises 30.0 weight% of a sawdust and 70.0 weight% of a cocopeat based on 100.0 weight%; the nature by-product is formed into 100.0 weight% by injecting a corn powder in sawdust and cocopeat; the modulation mineral comprises at least one among a zeolite and a bentonite. |
