PURPOSE: A carrier for supporting a ship block and a painting device are provided to paint the surface of a ship block supported by the carrier and to reduce a final process performed in a dock. CONSTITUTION: A carrier for supporting a ship block comprises a body (3) and legs (5). The body supports a ship block. The legs are coupled to the bottom of the body and support the body. The body has an inner space having an open top. An insertion part is formed on the side surface of the body. A painting device is inserted into the inner space of the body through the insertion part.
