PURPOSE: A service server for providing an adaptive service by predicting a user behavior and a terminal thereof are provided to construct a database by learning the common behavior patterns of users, thereby supplying a current behavior of a user and a surrounding environment. CONSTITUTION: A common pattern database (220) stores common behavior patterns of users. A receiving unit (230) receives sensory data from terminals. A prediction unit (240) predicts a user behavior by using the common pattern database and the sensory data. A terminal collects information related to a behavior pattern of a user by using a sensor. A service server generates the sensory data by using the information. A common pattern calculation unit (210) calculates the common behavior patterns by using the sensory data.
