PURPOSE: A wheel loader system based on an electric joystick and a loading work automation method thereof are provided to determine an accurate start point of a loading work and to appropriately apply factors influencing a pattern of the loading work. CONSTITUTION: A wheel loader system based on an electric joystick comprises a user operation unit (110), a control unit (120), a working device driving unit (130), and a sensor input unit (140). A movement pattern for each working condition is defined by compositing four kinds of elements such as a rise rate, a rotation rate, a rise cycle, and a rotation cycle of a working device. When an input is generated through the electric joystick, an action instruction is generated by the wheel loader system according to a joystick output signal. When automatic action of the working device is set, the wheel loader system automatically generates the action instruction. The wheel loader system convers the action instruction into a pressure signal so that the movement of the working device is controlled.
