PURPOSE: An insulation structure for a LNG cargo hold is provided to construct an insulation structure without using additional adhesives by fixing a spacer panel with a second anchor plug. CONSTITUTION: An insulation structure(100) for a LNG cargo hold comprises an insulation panel(110), a first anchor plug(120), a secondary barrier wall(130), a spacer panel(140), a second anchor plug(150), and a primary barrier wall(160). The insulation panel comprises a through-part(111) to be installed in a coupling part(20) installed on the interior(10) of a hull. The first anchor plug is inserted in the through-part and has a receiving groove in the top center thereof. In the secondary barrier wall, multiple first corrugation membranes(131) are welded on the top of the first anchor plug to expose the receiving groove. The spacer panel is arranged on the top of the secondary barrier wall to expose the receiving groove. The second anchor plug is inserted in the receiving groove to fix the spacer panel. In the primary barrier, multiple second corrugation membranes(161) are welded on the top of the second anchor plug. |
