PURPOSE: A valve hot runner device for an injection molding machine is provided to prevent malfunction of valve pins without jamming due to a lack of pressure by accurately operating multiple valve pins in injection molding. CONSTITUTION: A valve hot runner device for an injection molding machine comprises an upper mold(A) and a lower mold(B). The upper mold comprises an upper mold(100), an intermediate block(120), a lower block(130), and a nozzle assembly(131). The upper bloc has a resin insert nozzle(110). A mold cavity(145) and an eject pin(143) are mounted on the lower mold. The mold cavity is detachably installed facing a heat conductive ceramic nozzle(134) of the lower block. The ejector pin supports the mold cavity. |
