PURPOSE: A manufacturing method a hexa aluminate system catalyst is provided to simplify a process, reduce production costs, increase thermal stability and repetitively manufacture catalyst having equal quality. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a hexa aluminate system catalyst comprises following steps; a step in which a urea solution reacts with metal precursor aqueous solution containing mangan salt, barium salt and aluminium salt; a step in which a compound expressed as Mn-Ba-Al2O3 is manufactured by firing the precipitate, which is obtained from the previous step, in 1200-1400°C. The salt is one selected among hydrochloride salt, nitrate salt and sulphate salt.
