PURPOSE: An electromagnetic power device capable of line test is provided to extend a lifetime of a circuit breaker by drastically reducing an abrasion and an enlargement of burning. CONSTITUTION: A housing (110) is divided into a top housing (110a) and a lower housing (110b). A line breaker operation part (101) is installed in the second movable part which is in the lower housing in order to slide to the upper and lower direction. The line breaker operation part comprises a magnet, a coil portion, and a movable element which is moved according to the operation of the coil portion. Multiple line confirmation operating parts (102) are installed in the first and the third movable part in the lower housing to upper and lower direction. A horizontal link module (190) connects the multiple line confirmation operating parts.
