PURPOSE: A touch screen panel (TSP) is provided to reduce total size and to increase accuracy, by applying a conversion part including a time delay controller (TPC) and a counter part. CONSTITUTION: A driving part (120) generates a driving signal, and a signal sensing part (140) is enabled by the driving signal. A signal detection part (160) generates an assembly signal, by using a sensing signal generated by electrostatic capacity sensed from the signal sensing part. The signal detection part calculates a counting value by counting the period of the sensing signal on the basis of the assembly signal, and calculates a delay time of remained period after counting.
