PURPOSE: A treating apparatus for prostatic diseases is provided to strengthen the prostate by giving skin stimulation to the prostate nearby the perineal region and have preventing effect of prostate diseases by controlling the position of the nozzle for accurately spraying water which ejected from the apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A treating apparatus for prostatic diseases comprises a cleaning water storage tank (10) which stores cleaning water from the feed water line (15); a treatment supplement storing box (20) which is connected to the connecting pipe which ejects cleaning water flooded from the cleaning water storage tank and ejects medicine for treating prostatic disease by mixing it to the cleaning water; and a nozzle unit which sprays mixture of medicine and cleaning water ejected from the treatment supplement storing box through the nozzle hole. The nozzle unit comprises the first nozzle unit (40) provided with cleaning water ejected from the connecting pipe and the second nozzle unit (50) sprays cleaning water which is delivered from the first nozzle unit through the nozzle hole. The first assembly equipment which provides rotating power for the first nozzle unit to rotate around the end of connecting pipe between the connecting pipe and the first nozzle unit is installed. The second assembly equipment which provides rotating power for the second nozzle unit to rotate around the end of connecting pipe between the first nozzle unit and the second nozzle unit is installed.
