PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a conjugate yarn with an excellent hollow sustaining rate is provided to maintain shape stability by increasing interlace property between a core yarn and an effect yarn by controlling an overfeed rate between the air pressure and a feed roller. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a conjugate yarn with an excellent hollow sustaining rate comprises the following steps: a nylon-6 hollow filament is supplied as an effect yarn(1) to a first feed roller(3); the nylon-6 hollow filament is supplied as a core yarn(2) to a second feed roller(4); the effect yarn and the core yarn are interlaced by a one-hole typed air nozzle(6) in 10.0-12.0kg/cm^2 air pressure, oil treated through a third feed roller(7), and reeled with the yarn speed of 300-400m/minutes. |
