A mobile communication terminal and a charging method therefor are provided to prevent a battery from being overcharged by decreasing a deflection in charging intervals for respective operation states of a mobile terminal. A mobile communication terminal includes a battery(20), a controller(10), and a charge controller(30). The battery supplies an operation voltage. The controller monitors an operation state of the mobile communication terminal and outputs a charge state of the battery. The charge controller controls a charging process, so that a predetermined charging current is inputted to the battery. The charge controller changes a charge completion condition based on operation state information which is received from the controller. |
