摘要 PURPOSE: A cyclic voltammetry (CV) test based eco-toxicity evaluating method using an electrochemical-active bacteria (EAB) and an eco-toxicity evaluating device using the same are provided to perform a toxicity test in a short time, thereby promptly coping with water pollution. CONSTITUTION: An eco-toxicity evaluating device (1000) using an EAB comprises a sample storing unit (100), a dilution water storing unit (200), a mixer (300), a reaction bath (400), a gas supply unit (500), an electrode unit (600), a constant-voltage unit (700), a calculation unit (800), a drainage processing unit (900), and a constant temperature unit (910). The dilution water storing unit stores the dilution water which dilutes a sample. The mixer dilutes the sample by mixing the sample and the dilution water. The EAB is inserted into the sample supplied to the inside of the reaction bath from the mixer and a toxicity test with respect to the sample is performed. The gas supply unit supplies nitrogen gas to the inside of the reaction bath. The electrode unit applies voltage to the inside of the reaction bath and measures the current. The constant-voltage unit applies voltage to the electrode unit and measures the current measured by the electrode unit. The calculation unit calculates a current peak area based on a current measurement value transmitted from the constant-voltage unit, thereby evaluating the eco-toxicity.
